Cool Contours is a skin and aesthetics clinic. I built the custom plugins that run their front desk inside their website: how clients book, how they sign their forms, and how every message gets answered.

Online booking that takes the deposit for you.
Clients pick a treatment and a time, pay a deposit with Stripe and get their reminders. Staff see it all in one diary. It replaced the clinic's old booking tool.

Consent forms signed on the client's own phone.
No clipboards. Clients sign by email link, a QR code at the desk or the office tablet. Reception sees who has signed at a glance, and anything that needs a closer look is flagged.
