A small app on your PC. You describe the problem in your own words; it checks what is actually happening on the machine, finds the cause and shows you the fix. Nothing changes until you press Approve, and every change is written to a history you can read.

One dashboard for every PC, at every company you look after.

Built for IT providers who support several small businesses. Each company is kept completely separate, staff sign in with their work accounts, and a fix that works on one machine can be run across all of them.

03 · How it works

Four parts, each built to be trusted on someone else's PC.

  1. Rust · Windows service The agent on the PC Reads performance counters and event logs, strips personal data before anything leaves the machine, and only runs actions that were approved.
  2. Python · FastAPI · Postgres The cloud service Accounts, companies kept apart, single sign-on, billing, and the queue of approved actions waiting for each PC.
  3. AI, with backups AI that does not go down If one AI provider is slow or down, the next one answers. Usage and cost are tracked for every company.
  4. Searchable fix library A knowledge base it looks things up in The AI searches known fixes as a tool, plus fixes that worked before for that company, which stay private to it.
